Sultanate of Oman to embrace the Idol franchise
In few months time Radio Sultanate of Oman and Al Sawadi Beach Resort will lunch its first singing talent show ‘Oman Idol’ as part of Idol franchise such as American Idol and Super Star, for residence of Sultanate of Oman only. The Shabiba wrote an article about it.

This is exactly what Oman needed ..
To be honest, wasn't needed. Why is it needed? Why not focus the talents on something more constructive? The Idol thingy is for countries that have done literally everything and don't know what else to do, unlike Oman which has hundreds of years to catch in basic infrastructure alone.
