That walkway between the stores seems awfully tight. That's one thing that bugs me about City Center, the passageways aren't as wide as the should be in a shopping mall that gets as much foot traffic is it gets. And to make it worse the go and lease space in the middle for companies to set up carts and displays as well.

They would be smart to open before Eid and during the shopping frenzy of Ramdhan to cash in on that.
In comparison to Dubai malls, the walkway space is a bit tight.
Kay - I think the original plan was to have this extension by September 10th. I wouldn't be surprised if it opens any day now. Definitely before eid.
I think they had this plan before .. to open before eid ..so People would FIGHT to buy stuff!
i agree with muscati the walkway looks so tight.. god have mercy then!
I really wanted them to Open a cinema in the second floor :/
but oh well!

bling: Not all the stores though. Most of them opened and the rest will open by the end of this month (September), as announced in yesterday's papers.
And Dubai's left overs will be sold here as usual...
